Arboretum Meetup- Final Notice!
The arboretum meetup is going to be Sunday July 7, 2013. We will be meeting at the J.C. Raulston Arboretum (415 Beryl Rd, Raleigh, NC 27606) at 2 pm.
My plan is to meet near the entrance and then proceed into the arboretum. I’d like to spend about forty-five minutes to an hour talking planning out the photoshoot, since I’m sure everyone will have different requests and different locations they’d like to visit in the arboretum. We will then have the photoshoot, which should take a few hours, and then spend the rest of the afternoon picnicking and hanging out.
To be clear- while cosplay is appreciated, it is not required to attend. You can come as a photographer or just an observer. Anyone who does come in cosplay is welcome to participate in the shoot. We do not have a professional photographer lined up for this event, so please bring your own cameras/ any friends who might be game to help photograph. Any and all cosplays are fine, although I would like to avoid having a ton of any one character.
Please bring a lot of water, as it will be very hot! If you would like to bring any food, that would be appreciated as well, since while I will be bringing some crackers and fruit, I don’t have a budget to provide a lot of food for everyone.

Raleigh Arboretum Photoshoot/Meetup
So from the feedback I've gotten so far about the photoshoot (slash picnic slash general meetup I don't care as long as I get to take photos), possible dates at this point are July the 6th, 7th, 13th, and 14th.
As for time, it would probably be an all-afternoon event, say 2 until sundown.
