~just some of my thoughts on smoking with the 100/what they are like when high~

clarke~

- doesn’t smoke as much as some of the others but she def notices how it helps quiet her mind when it’s racing (which is all the time you think she would smoke more lmao)

- prefers edibles fs

- i’m a firm believer that the grounders have their own form of weed or hallucinogens atp (that shit probably SLAPS, i mean mutated weed or shrooms?? yeahhh buddy) & i guarantee her and lexa would smoke together sometimes, this is probably when she feels most comf to smoke tbh

- (thinking of the her drawing lexa scene here ughh) i do think she likes to smoke & draw, she loves to see how it changes her style a bit as compared to sketches done when she’s sober

- the only thing she doesn’t rlly like is not feeling totally alert and in control, so it has to be the right vibe for her to light up fs

- the first time she smokes with the group everyone is like “who tf is thissss??” cause she can be so chatty (gets to talking and forgets to pass the blunt smh)

- is constantly cracking horrible jokes

- abt half a joint and she’s down for the count tho skdkdj (also feel like she actually gets good rest if she smokes a bit before bed)

bellamy~

- smokes even less than clarke but is such a flirt & a giggly MESS when he does ohmg

- since he doesn’t smoke much his tolerance is vv low & therefore he is consistently unhinged when he smokes (and he LOOKS stoned pffttt, eyes be soooo red i’m dead)

- one of those to find literally everything funny while also not understanding a single word anyone says pfftt he’s in his own world atp

- bc of that it can be frustrating sometimes to communicate with him when he’s stoned but also he can be kind of sensitive so be nice <3

- unlike clarke tho i think herb would usually keep him awake & then when he’s coming down & starts to get sleepy he can get rllyyy sappy

- starts telling you how much he appreciates you, respects you, etc (this might end in him sobbing)

- i also feel like him & murphy have the potential to be somewhat besties and up each others ass when baked lol (in a vv mischievous way, which is almost never bellamy’s fault lmao)

octavia~

- i actually feel like she smokes way more than anyone realizes & she’s pretty much the same as when she’s sober so no one can really tell

- she’s pretty quiet and gets lost in her own head rather than participating in convo when in a group setting

- she loves to take helios for a ride or lay in the forest looking up at the stars through the trees (or chasing butterflies, wbk)

- prefers to be alone most of the time when she smokes i think but she is SO generous with her herb and will always smoke you out (a queen truly 🙏🏽)

raven~

- oh boy. first zero g mechanic to ace her test in 52 years and she will NOT let you forget it she’s so smart ugh

- constantly talking your ear off abt stuff you can’t even begin to understand (but honestly what else is new pfft)

- then you not getting it makes her explain it over and over just with different words & it doesn’t help lol

- i feel like herb helps her a lot if she’s got a project she can’t quite figure out, it gets her gears moving in a diff way and helps her find a solution

- but she makes a point to not smoke when actually working or else i don’t think she’d get anything done, she would just keep having new ideas & jumping from project to project loll

- she reminisces on her spacewalks a lot & always gets a little sad (probably thinking of finn smh) drifting her gaze from the group to look up & stare at the stars all longingly for a while

- i feel like she is unintentionally more flirty and touchy when high & manages to be like right on top of you but she doesn’t even realize she’s doing it she’s so cute pls

- probably gets a little shy the next day but you can bet she’ll be doing it again lmao

(had to group them together & use this iconic scene ofc)

monty~

- like octavia he smokes a lot but everyone knows ofc, he’s the plug after all (thank u monty 🙏🏽)

- for monty i feel like he’s either super quiet when high or super chatty (no in between imo & he goes back and forth) but is also really good at locking in to listen to you when you get chatty unlike some of the others lmao

- he tends to go off abt his interests/studies even more when high much like raven but even stoned is so well spoken so most times you know nothing of what he’s talking about, yet somehow it all still makes sense lol

- literally is so happy to get his friends high & give them some relief from all the crazy shit they deal with (love u monty 🙏🏽)

- is always proposing the group play games when they smoke together, which at first everyone brushes off but they eventually cave i mean come on it’s monty

jasper~

- oh BOY. ik i said monty was the plug but we all know they tag team that shit & while monty loves helping his friends, jasper is a little shit starter pfftt

- nothing is more entertaining to him than watching everyone get stoned out of their minds talking over each other, arguing, & just being silly goofy lmao

- PRANKS. jasper is a menace when the group gets together to smoke and the night usually ends with him running from bellamy or raven cause they are done with his antics picturing this is cracking me up

- i def think he’s the type to wake & bake, & i feel like he takes walks every morning & smokes a joint to get his day started, just enjoying the fresh air and all the pretty scenery (frequently picks some flowers to bring back to camp, whether it’s to give to someone or just to put them in a vase somewhere so others can admire them too 🥹 love you jasper)

- like octavia is also superrr generous with his weed

- monty ofc never lets him forget the time he forgot to replace what they took on the ark & in response jasper will roll his eyes and dramatically start tossing buds at monty to “make up for it” lmao

harper~

- the CUTEST when baked oh my fucking god.

- & low-key i think her tolerance is high fr fr (i mean she is monty’s girl after all)

- i feel like she gets extra soft spoken when high, but she is still chatty chatty chatty ohmg

- in the best way tho, i bet it’s a BLAST to get high with her lol the conversation is always flowing and it’s just a good time all around

- she also can’t shut up about how beautiful everything is— the trees, the stars, the glow of the fire

- hell if she stares long enough at the rover she starts ranting about how insanely cool it is that they made a machine from scraps “that just.. takes us places! 😲” pfftt i love her so much

- herb makes her sleepy & every once in a while someone will look over & see her nodding off, asking if needs to go to bed

- but she always says no bc she enjoys nights like these so much when everyone can relax and laugh so easily 🥹 i love herrrrr

murphy~

- jasper is a shit starter yes, but murphy?? number ONE shit starter

- he does everything in his power to annoy the group what else is new lmao & even manages to get bellamy in on it sometimes (a decision bell regrets the next day ofc)

- i feel like he actually HATES smoking alone most of the time, it can make him rlly depressed cause he will get stuck in his head too much—overanalyzing things— which usually leads to him coming to find you to see if you’ll smoke with him

- that little smirk he always does you know the one is like ten times more potent when he’s high skskdkdk (potent is not even the right word but i feel the harmonies will understand what i’m trying to convey here lol)

- when one on one i feel like he gets super philosophical i’m so dead & is constantly surprised by the thoughts he’s having pff

- like bro is capable of having some crazy deep convos when high that’s fs, he doesn’t make everything a joke as much (when one on one atleast)

- but then ofc he’s saying things like “holy shit i’m so smart why didn’t they make ME chancellor” like okay murphy slow down lmfao
