Once the fight is over, and Trey, again is overpowered by a Boedell brother, he walks up to Charli---

TREY- “You know what Charli?  You may be the prettiest girl in town, but you are not worth all this.  And if all you are doing is playing me and every other boy in town, I don’t need it.  So whatever I said earlier...I lied.  You are not what I need in my life.  I am not going back to that school anyway, so you can have all three of those gay Boedell brothers for all I care!”

CHARLI- “Trey LeFevers!  You get back here right now!!  What do you think you are doing??

Next to Charli, Lucas is making amends to Demi---

LUCAS- “I am sorry Demi that you had to witness that.  I know they are your friends. I hope you aren’t upset with me.”

DEMI- “”They are not MY friends, they are my sisters friends. And honestly, I would have done the same thing you did...it’s okay Lucas.”

When Trey and Lucas stepped outside, the rain starting pouring, the more intense the rain, the more intense their conversation became.

TREY- “Listen Boedell, what happened between your brother and I has nothing to do with what just happened in there. So I think you need to go in and apologize to Charli for calling her a bitch.”

LUCAS- “How about Charli go and tell my brother what she really is doing with him.  Toying with him and making him think she likes him, when all she was doing was manipulating him AND you, to get you back.”

TREY- “She don’t need to manipulate anyone, Boedell.  Do you know who she is?”

LUCAS- “Honestly I don’t care to know who she is.  All I know is that she needs to stay away from my brother, and if you know what’s good for yourself, you need to stay away from her as well.  And apparently stay away from the Boedell’s.”

TREY- “Is that right?  Who are you to tell me what to do?  Just because your a fucking Boedell?  Sorry I don’t care what your last name is, I am not going to that school anymore anyway---thanks to your asshole brother.”

LUCAS- “That is the best thing I have heard all day.  So stay away from us.  Understand?”

Charli and Demi are watching the exchange between the two from inside the cafe---

CHARLI- “He should not have touched Trey...”

DEMI- - “Yeah, this isn’t going to end well, I am afraid.....”

TREY- “Excuse me, but did you just call my girlfriend a bitch?”

LUCAS- “No, actually I called her a selfish, self-absorbed, immature manipulative bitch.”

TREY- “I don’t know who you are, or who you think you are, but around here we don’t talk to young women like that.”

LUCAS-  “Is that right?  Hmmm so you can call and bully homosexuals or others who are not like you, but not call out a bitch when everyone knows what she is?”

TREY- “What the hell are you talking about, dude?”

LUCAS- “Did you not bully my friend Julian the other day in gym class because he was gay, and then start a fight with my brother, Cyrus?  And I think you got your nose broke, or close to it anyway.  How about you take your little girlfriend and go sit at your table and leave us alone.  Demi and I were here minding our own business until she interrupted”.

TREY- “Boedell?  Figures.  Maybe we should take this outside, Boedell.”

TREY - “Charli...thank you for giving me another chance.  I know there is no one like you.  You are perfection.  I do love you...Let me go get you some popcorn....

Lucas watched intently as he saw Charli and Trey hugging.  He knew that Cyrus was really into this girl, he is going to be really upset she and her boyfriend are back together.

Some people may be gone, but new faces are showing up on the horizon. The Gast family moved into Daphne’s family old house, and their youngest son Julian is the same age of the triplets and Andrew. He and Lucas became fast friends.  And there are a few old faces in with the new as well...

CYRUS- “Is that LoriLei Rouse? I really do not want her to see me...but who is that really cute girl she is talking to in the green beret?”

LUCAS- “Yeah that’s LoriLei, but I have no idea who the other girl is. But the guy standing next to her is Trey LeFevers, he is a junior, and plays football. He and Daphne’s brother were good friends.”

ANDREW- “Her name is Charli Cates.  She is in our grade. She is in performing arts class, she had a part in a TV Show, and has done some commercials.”

CYRUS- “This is going to be a fun year, I can tell already!”

ANDREW- “Calm down, Cyrus, she also Trey’s girlfriend.”

CYRUS- “Okay, then, how do I sign up to get into performing arts classes?”

Cyrus didn’t waste a minute, here was his chance to learn all about Charli Cates...

CYRUS- “Hi, I am Cyrus Boedell, I don’t think I have had the pleasure of meeting you...”

CHARLI- “Hi Cyrus, I’m Charli Cates, this is my second year with Boedell Academy, but last year I went to their performing arts school.  Now that everything is combined, it makes it so much nicer...did you say Boedell?”

CYRUS- “Yes, my fathers started the school way back when me and brother’s were little.”

CHARLI- “So Abraham and Ezil are your fathers??”

CYRUS- “Yes, that would be my dads. So do you live in Willow Creek?”

CHARLI- “We just moved here this summer, prior to that we lived in Oasis Springs. But my dad thought I should live closer to the school.  We live near the funeral home on Riverside.”

CYRUS- “Our home is on the northeast side of town, just past the square going towards Newcrest. It’s very nice to meet you Charli.  I must say you are quite pretty.”

CHARLI- “Why, thank you, Cyrus Boedell, but I’m really not. It’s just I work hard at my make-up and clothes.  I want to be an actress, so I spend way too much time trying to look the part, you know? And everyone knows where the Boedell home is.  Your fathers are well known.”

CYRUS- “Yeah, I suppose they are. Well, whatever you do,  it works.  So are you single?”

TREY- “She wouldn’t be if I had my way....”

Cyrus turned around and looked at this guy, and really wanted to know what he meant by that!!

CHARLI- “That’s Trey ---Cyrus. Trey LeFevers, but he can’t be trusted.”

TREY- “Charli, you don’t know the whole story...I told you, she made the pass at me, not me at her.”

CHARLI- “I doesn’t matter, Trey, you kissed her back...but anyway, yes Cyrus, I am single.”

CYRUS- “Okay then, good to know.  Nice to meet both of you.”

TREY- “So you play football Boedell?”

CYRUS- “No, that’s my brother Lucas.  I am more into B-Ball.”

TREY- “Well gym is next bell, maybe we can shoot some hoops.”

CYRUS- “Sure.”

Cyrus no longer had any control, his rage overtook his rational thinking and before he knew it, his fist was moving in front of him, and making contact with trey’s jaw.

All he could remember was the sound of flesh hitting bone, and then the blood coming from Trey’s nose...

TREY- “You broke my fucking nose!!”

CYRUS- “Come near me, or any of my friends and it will be more than your nose next time.”
