Friends and family, we are so excited to announce that 7 years after Artistree built our first treehouse at Cypress Valley, and thousands of happy customers later, Artistree is bringing in investment partners to realize our full vision for Cypress Valley. Not only is Austin booming, but our Treehouses continue to be a huge draw of both media as well as customers--our newest treehouse, Yoki, got us featured in United inflight magazine, as well as a number of other publications. Our treehouses at Cypress Valley run at 85% occupancy, much higher than the already high occupancy rates in Austin (75%). Artistree will be taking Cypress Valley from 5 treehouses to around 30 treehouses and cliff dwellings (embedded in our ravine and overlooking our spring-fed creek), while also reinvigorating the farm, adding a farm-to-fork restaurant, zen-inspired spa/soak scene, and an artisan village. Together with our existing wedding and performing arts venue, we are creating a very unique offering 40 minutes from downtown using Artistree's regenerative, eco-conscious designs.
