All change is bad the only good change is the reinvention of the self into a tall tree, with old vines twirling around an even older trunk, branches swaying in the wind and if you’d look long enough, moving ever so slightly here and there, impossibly large leaves keeping young summer lovers shaded as they whisper secrets into each others ears and hands and unknowingly into your roots that you keep protected and documented for forever
