They're the only trees that can look different. I'm not joking

Both the last two have the trees look the same, While Black Treasure Trees can range from fat to thin, more leaves to less leaves, etc.

2. Their treasures are corrosive

3. The treasures can tell the past, present and future. Kiyoshi used it to foretell Twisty wanting revenge.

4. The trees don't do anything against the big bad.

5. It's just plain creepy to be in their grove, all they do is stare at you and groan and moan.

I just realized something, throughout the series, there is one tree we have never once seen grow.

This one.

It's the green tree, the calm one.

You could make the argument that

This tree was also never seen grow, unless you want to count the theme song. (If you read the wiki like I have, I noticed this detail before I saw it. And you noticed, please don't be rude in the comments)

That kind of bothers me, honestly.

And that got me wondering, not counting the toy list from the series. What would those types of treasures look like?

Maybe it's just me, but I adore that the trees show different emotions at different times.

It would have been easier for the animators to just keep the same faces on the trees. But no, the fact the treasure trees are allowed to show different emotions at times brings the entire scene together.
