Day 2. Got miles in before work and made my step goal for the day.
So.... The month of June for me is going to be mini weekly goals. I need to start off small again.
My goal this week: 5 days on the treadmill (coincides nicely with Global Running Day!)
Week 2: continue with 5 treadmill days and add focusing on food and seeing where things need to change.
Week 3: Start counting nutrients. I'm shooting for low carbs because that's what the medical professionals are telling me. Still need to get confirmation on the right goal number.
Week 4: Maintain status quo from the previous week and game plan July 4th vacation diet.
Here goes my June.... If anyone has super low carb recipes (gluten free and milk free -- cheese is still okay to eat for me) please send them my way!
