I’d love to do this but I read the manga in french :-: Anyway my two fave things Hanji said are :

“La brute” (the brute I guess ?) to Levi when he breaks the basement’s door

And “Tu vises comme une chèvre” (You aim like a goat) to Traute xD

This is my own conjecture and speculation but I’ve envisioned Traute as being someone with a personality like Levi’s in a situation much like Moblit’s. Like Moblit, Traute is standing by someone of questionable hygiene who is often impulsive, outrageous and over-the-top. At times she may feel more like a babysitter than a second-in-command. If that’s true for her, the “Are you finally dead?” is Traute chastising Kenny for what she perceives as his persistent recklessness. If her humor and personality is like Levi’s, she’s showing her concern and relief in a very backhanded way.

I wrote a little headcanon about the second in commands if you’d like to read it.  

Oh absolutely! I’m sure Moblit and Levi had an understanding. It would’ve been great to see them interact more.

I’ve always wanted a crack fic about a support group for the second-in-commands. God knows they could’ve used a place to let off steam and complain about their superiors in a judgement free zone. I imagine Moblit and Traute tossing back beers and one upping each other with stories about Hange and Kenny. 

Traute complains about Kenny’s crude jokes and cowboy swagger. He also doesn’t bathe as frequently as he should. Moblit nods his head in sympathy and tells Traute how Hange once described titan vomit in near molecular detail and made Moblit illustrate it.

They order another round. 

Anka’s there. Babysitting Pixis doesn’t involve adult diapers yet, but she knows the day is coming. 

Levi stares into his beer and listens. His complaints about Erwin not eating or sleeping are things he knows the others can relate to, but it’s the man’s damn secrets that have Levi lying awake at night. Those secrets can’t be discussed here. Levi wouldn’t know where to begin. He only knows he trusts the man and will follow him to the ends of the earth if necessary. It’s something he knows everyone at the table has in common.

“To loyalty,” he says wryly, lifting his mug off the table.

 “To keeping these idiots alive for as long as we have breath in our bodies,” Moblit adds.
