There’s this specific energy I feel a type of dense breathe and I associate it with a situation I’ve manifested. At first this energy would make me worry like oh no gotta remind myself I hope it’s going right kind of energy. But I realized our manifestations are us giving birth

And what I’m feeling is my born child telling me I’m here feel my energy to confirm to you that your manifestation is hear breathing and being.

Not the feeling of the energy has change and if feel light and wonderful. I just had to transmute the meaning. Myself was telling me

In order to remember dreams, one must have the intention to do so

Journaling dreams is the same as planting them

and witnessing them grow

The subconscious mind is always listening

and recording…

as I explore it, it becomes a person

an entity, 

unknowable

and yet

a smoky mirror of the Self

I always took it for real

reflecting

I am astounded by the way my energy can change on what seems like the drop of a dime. I awoke in a space of resistance and lack. I did breath-work and yoga believing that this was the solution to my low vibrational ass energy. It wasn’t. I eat and take a nap only to wake up worse than before. I have allowed my emotions to drown out my spirit. I have not always been keen on feeling so I sometimes build an emotional wave that comes crashing like a tsunami. This felt like pain but I held on to the belief that this too I would be relieved of. I decide to go skating and I’m grooving but I still have this low vibrational energy attached to me. Someone once told me that when I am in a low vibrational space to try to stay as quiet and still as possible. I will listen to them next time because I rode the wheels off my skate today. I can’t even lie I almost cried because damn universe I’m having a rough day. Then I become grateful. This is a reminder that without doing the inner work the situations manifesting in my life will be disappointing. It’s a reminded of why I have worked to reclaim my body, mind, and spirit. My life beckons to be lived in a luxurious, unapologetic way and to do that I must live in an energy that is luxurious and unapologetic.

A cross (like St. Brigid’s cross) woven of yucca fibres placed upon one’s hearth or above a door will protect the home from evil and cleanse it of bad vibrations. (this is especially good when the cross is made at Imbolc, St Brigid’s feast day.)

A hoop of yucca fibres jumped through seven times will allow one to shape-shift into animal form.

If one feels that one is cursed or hexed, a slice of yucca root must be rubbed all over the body once a day for seven days. Once this is complete, the slice of root may be burned to destroy the curse, and the ashes buried or thrown into a river.

The dried flowers may be added to a white charm bag tied with white cord for protection against negative energies or spirits. To this bag one may also add artemisia, rosemary, Texas croton, basil, and/or the acorn of a live oak. For added protection, nine long spines from a prickly pear cactus may be pushed through the fabric of the bag as you would straight pins.
