     “Hey, hey...” Ken continued nudging his friend repeatedly with his elbow. Was he being purposely annoying? Well yes, but he needed the attention!

         normally, wakako is pretty well physically coordinated, but we all have our off-days, right?  while flipping a pen between her fingers, she accidentally flings it halfway across her dorm.  with a gentle sigh, she rises and crosses the room to pick it up.  

         it’s as her fingers close around the pen that she feels it – a hand on her ass.

         she lets out a noise like a kicked squeaky toy and immediately stands stock straight, face flushed a deeper shade of red than it’s ever been before.  there’s a moment, in fact, that she flickers and fades from sight – an old habit from elementary school where she’d literally disappear to hide her embarrassment.  but wakako’s quick to reailze her mistake and rectify it, suddenly reappearing where she had stood a moment before, back still turned.  slowly, she turns to akio, eyes wide and cheeks burning.  part of her wants to ask for a warning next time, but most of her knows it wouldn’t be nearly as fun if he did.

Sometimes while travelling, going back to civilization was necessary, no matter how much Tamaki preferred nature over cities.

The only problem was how easily excited some of his pokemon were, and a big city like the one they stopped at was just like a very big  playground for them. 

Honestly, he should’ve expected this- he did expect this, he told them over and over again to not run off like always because getting lost in a city could be dangerous... and yet the second they put a foot into the city, Torchic jumped off his shoulder and ran off with what sounded like a very excited chirp. And bumped into someone’s leg.

Tamaki would do many things without hesitation to see his boyfriend happy.

Which is why they both are currently standing in the middle of the nearest convenience store at 3 in the morning, breaking who knows how many rules, staring at the ice creams in exhibition. It was simple: sneak out, get the ice cream, and sneak back in.

One of the downsides of living in the dorms, was that they had to share a lot of things, including the food. Which obviously meant that some things, like ice cream in this case, had a tendency to ‘disappear’ very quickly.

Stiffing a yawn, Tamaki glanced at the colorful packages, unfazed by the cold despite being barefoot and still in his pajamas.
