There’s noise in the channel tonight. Not static—something older. Heavier.

The logs say nothing. The ship swears everything’s fine. But I can feel it under the hull plating. Like a hum. Like a breath.

A door appeared that wasn’t there before. I opened it. I shouldn’t have. It smelled like old code and regret. There was a chair facing the wall. Still warm.

I locked it. I think. But it’s not on the map anymore. I don't know if I found it… or if it found me.

Transmission will continue. Even if something else is listening.
