Started the Graphic Design project, and filled up some info on that same subject

Reading about society in the Middle Ages, and also did study a little bit for my Audio class. Practiced a little bit of Irish on Duolingo.

28. Do you enjoy spooky season? What things do you like or dislike about it?

Yes, i enjoy spooky season, i think that i used to enjoy it a little bit more when i was more younger. I like that in the TV there is always spooky specials, or at least like a marathon of horror movies to watch, but what i dislike it´s that i cannot enjoy it in a "it´s autumn" kinda sense, since i live in the southern hemisphere so in October it´s hot and humid over here.

Today, my goals are to start the Graphic Design work project.

Had a busy week ahead, the work project for Audio class is done. I have some work projects in mind, but that needs time and planning. Let´s see how it works in the future.

27. What do you do to calm yourself down when you feel anxious?

Deep breaths, look around, trying not to think of the thing that is making me anxious, and mostly try to distract myself from it, that it is if it is possible.

Today, i am grateful for being safe and sound.

Still studying, this week and the next i´ll will be busy finishing a work project for the Audio production class. And now i´m reading a little bit of what i had left for my sociology class. Today i practiced a little bit of Irish on Duolingo.

26. Have you ever dyed your hair? What colour would you dye your hair, if you could dye it any colour?

Yes, since the start of my teenage years, i had dyed it of many colors. Right now i´m planning on dying it again, just the tips of my hair, but i don´t know if i should dyed it orange, red or pink, but i wanted to dyed it on fire-like colors.

Today, i choose to spend time studying, despite being a little bit distracted this week.

Didn´t post in a while since i was on vacation but now i have returned back to classes, and it was a hard week, but i´ll try to keep on posting.

25. Do you find the process of learning something new discouraging or uplifting? What advice would you give to others to appreciate this journey more?

Somewhat in the middle, it always depends, sometimes uplifting, sometimes discouraging. The only advice i could give is to always keep moving, keep trying, even in those days that you can only read 10 pages or maybe even 5, you still keep going. Not every day will feel the same, but the importance here is not to give up.

Today, my goals are to keep trying.

 Today i finished studying a little while i´m on winter break, and i heard a friend of mine on the radio. Today was also very rainy and cold.

 24. What is the kindest thing you could do for yourself, right in this moment?

 Probably just resting and enjoying this break before returning to the routine.

  Today, i am grateful for friend´s opportunity on the media.

 Today i didn´t do much studying, again. But i have joined an extracurricular activity. Today was very cold and cloudy.

23.  What do you do when you need comfort? How can you ask for comofrt from others? How can you give comfort to yourself?

When i need comfort, i go to my mother if i can, if not, then i have to comfort myself. I still need to practice asking for comfort from others. I give comfort to myself by doing stuff that i like (like watching my favorite tv show, having a cup of tea) and not triggering myself.

Today i did a little bit of reading and i think that i might have found out my own studying method, which is something that i´ve been struggling to find for a while. Also, i am now a barista, since i finished that course that i was taking.

22.  What kind of mental health support do you have? How often do you utilize these resources?

 I don´t have one (yet) since i don´t have money for a therapist, although all of the free therapist are at a schedule that i cannot go, since at that hour i am usually at college, but i am planning on retaking therapy, probably soon.

 Today, i am grateful for the experience of taking a barista class.
