Finally tried out Trang's in Girrawheen! Perfect for when the weather goes back to rain and gloom here in Perth. 😒 Pictured is the combination beef pho; aud12 from Trang's Girrawheen. It consists of raw and cooked beef, beef balls and tripe. Taste is a very personal thing and I still prefer the pho (smoother and softer in my opinion) and broth from Pho Huynh just next door. The beef slices at Trang's come with yellow fat attached on it and it's not that appealing for me as I have an intolerance to fat. That's my GP's diagnosis as I can't seem to process oily foods.
