Howrah Division Mega Block: 16 Local Trains Cancelled on July 27, Several Express Trains to Run from Alternate Stations
Eastern Railway has announced a 60-hour mega block in the Howrah Division from July 24 (5 PM) to July 27 (5 AM) for non-interlocking work at the Howrah station link cabin. As a result, 16 local trains will remain cancelled on July 27, while several long-distance express trains will originate from or terminate at Santragachi and Shalimar instead of Howrah. Passengers are advised to verify their train schedules, departure stations, and timings before travelling to avoid inconvenience.
