I like envisioning separate headcanons for each uma’s career trainer. Like completely different backgrounds and appearances.
Special Week, for example, gets a woman in her late-30s who gets the coveted “third mom” position and is miraculously wealthy enough to afford her food bills.
Nice Nature gets an overly enthusiastic man who’s probably too young to be a professional trainer but he’s doing his best. He enjoys origami but is terrible at it.
TM Opera O gets a man in his 40s who is about two life sized Opera statues away from an astronomical crashout but he does his best to believe in her regardless because he likes seeing her happy.
Vodka and Scarlet get a pair of exes who feel deeply awkward around each other and secretly hope their trainees get together because their relationship would probably be healthier than the trainers’ relationship ever was.
