Taylor got on a horse for the first time at 2 years old. She started lessons when she turned 5. You could see her shine when she was around them. She would even make me stop on the side of the road so she could pet a horse. At the age of 10 she took her college, birthday and any extra money saved to buy her first horse, May. She worked and trained May hard for 6 years. Her passion was speed team. She loved going fast. June 8, 2016 Taylor was bucked off a horse after a motorcycle drove by and spooked the horse. She broke her back and suffered a spinal cord injury. As soon as she was released from inpatient therapy she got back on her horse, May! Back in the saddle. Doing what makes her happy. Today she is doing something she has never done. Showing. She is getting uncomfortable to get comfortable. Her goal is to own her own barn and train horses so it's time to learn it all.
