Anakbayan East Bay supports Temporary Protective Status for Filipinos after Typhoon Haiyan. TPS is an important part of the effort to provide relief by creating an opportunity for undocumented and out of status Filipino immigrants in the U.S. to better contribute to the greatly needed typhoon relief and rehabilitation effort by offering protection from deportation, authorization to work, and the possibility of overseas travel.
