Pumpkin: what’s your favorite weather and why?
i like overcast, still days… not sunny, not rainy, maybe the sun peeks out a bit sometimes. I’ve always liked it like this, because it was easier to play tennis in when i was in school, and because the clear blue sky in my city is just too big and empty and hungry.
Bubba: tell me a funny story from your childhood.
one time i was hanging w a neighbor girl and we were trying to melt an empty beer bottle over a bonfire/trash fire our neighbor had going in his yard, and i got impatient and decided to touch the bottle to see if it was even hot. i gripped the -incredibly hot - glass bottle with my whole hand. my very next words were “i have to go home.”
Love bug: what song would you love to have sung to you?
idk anything sad and romantic… i used to sing “a million billion stars” by black marble to a girl i loved… one time my old roommate’s partner came down to visit and i heard her sing “i need my girl” by the national to them… idk, something like that
