Top one is just a Beauregard gal - probably out enjoying the beach. Not planning on making her a recurring character, but I like to imagine that she designs and flies kites at the boardwalk as a hobby, and she has an equally flowery surfer boyfriend that spends a lot of time out there with her - her paint scheme is based off of a cute seahorse I saw
