I loved that when I explored #Bergdorfs in #NewYorkCity through the eyes of their #brand I truly saw their fashionable customer. As I watched the women who shopped their shoe section I saw something very consistent within each one.... their desire to discern what would be the best investment and aspiration to enjoy beautiful finery. Having a core client 'Who Is She' mapped so that you can better facilitate the consistency of both your #visualbrandstrategy as well as your trademark customer experience is imperative because the potential client as well the soon to be collaborator should both be unspeakably drawn to the core of your brand's truth.
