Send me “Restaurant” and I’ll write a drabble where our muses are on a date and one of the following happens...
14. the restaurant is closed when our muses arrive
Sull Hee had been set up on a date, allowing her employee friends to do so. They always complained about how she “needed” a man in her life. It didn’t make sense to her as to why they cared, she’s lived without one for this long, why would she need him if she’s fine? But a part of her wanted to have that experience, meeting someone. She certainly didn’t have high hopes on finding love, she only expected a good time. The woman pulled out a casual, floral dress, something she hasn’t worn in a long time. She pulled out a pair of heels and white blazer to match. Later that evening she had finished preparing herself for her date, braiding her ebony locks down the left side of her body; a side braid. Sull Hee stood outside, keeping a lookout for her date. When she recognized the car, a sudden feeling of nervousness ran through her veins and all the negative thoughts rushed through her mind. What if I mess something up? Do I look nice? What if he wants a second date? Will this go well?
Pushing the thoughts aside, she walked towards the car. A smile came into play when there eyes met, her body sitting against the leather chair. They both greeted each other properly before the male started driving, the car was silent, an awkward aura around. Sull Hee gazed out the window, letting out a soft sigh. After a few minutes the restaurant came into view, but something was off. The lights. "Oh." The dark haired woman turned to face her date, he seemed worried that their night didn't go as planned. "I.. We can spend the night inside? I mean we don't have to go to some fancy place." She suggested. Sull Hee always preferred a night in to a night out.
