Giltwood Torchere
Hi everyone! This is a remake of a torchere I shared for TS4 for the first time in 2017. I remade all textures included specular and normal maps, added swatches and edited a bit the mesh. I made two versions : a tall and a medium.
Happy Simming! Jim Polygon Counts: Object: High/Medium/Low Torcheres: 1886/1264/952 Additional Credits: S4S, S4PE.

circa 1805 Swedish late Gustavian period neoclassical parcel gilt and painted torchere
A large single English Regency parcel-gilt carved wood torchere, the triform scrolling base in giltwood and painted pale blue, with supported eagle heads, circa 1810. The foliate legs rejoin at the feet, with further floral gilt decoration.
Standing at just over five feet in height, this tall French patinated steel torchere or candleholder features a spiraled central column that rests on a tripod base detailed with intricate scrolling. Additional scrolling at the top is banded together to support a bobeche surrounded by a twisted rim. Its 8.5 inch diameter bobeche makes it ideal for a large pillar candle. This piece could also serve as a unique pedestal for a sculptural piece or as a plant stand, circa 1940.
