Nothing like accidentally scaring the ever-loving crap out of one of your waterbabies, and them giving you the stink-eye for it.

…And sick as hell. The hotel room was so musty and moldy that it made me sick.

Apologies for the length of time between posts! Cid and I have been quite busy, and unfortunately, we’re both rather terrible at keeping up with blogs and whatnot.

We also don’t have the most flexible, or reliable, way of getting around. This means that sometimes we don’t get out for a good week or two so we can get photos. This worsens the droughts that our 500px, deviantArt, Tumblr galleries go through, but there’s not much that can be done to remedy that. Hopefully everyone can understand our position, and the occasional dry spell won’t bother anyone too much. (500px is usually the first to get updated!)

Anyways!

On May 9th, we’ll be flying up to Cid’s home state of Missouri. It will be my first time visiting that state, and his first time flying.

We’ll definitely be bringing the camera, and both lenses (even if the 18-55mm has issues, it’s still a good lens). I’m really hopeful that we’ll get some good shots, though, and of course, they’ll be posted up here, on 500px, and on dA, if we do.
