“Havelock, shut the fuck up and listen to me." I... am struggling with what to put after that and I am frankly disheartened, but I am quite happy with that line.
And the weirdest thing I've been inspired by is... tricky, because I very rarely get consciously inspired - ideas tend to float fully formed into my head, occasionally as dreams. That said, there is one fic that I know was inspired by something, and it's... either not remotely weird or completely batshit insane. I don't know how other people would see it. Also it's going under a cut because it needs a content warning for suicide.
