@pittbats liked for a starter for Himiko
Tony did not mind the attention. To be quite honest with himself, he thrived on that shit. Sometimes, when he was not busy in his own bubble of self-loathing. He was a man of simple pleasures, most were used to cope with deeper issues that no one really needed to know about. He was fine. He was an Avenger, a Hero, he was a genius only really being rivaled by Reeds. What were the people asking more of him.
Maybe it was the fact that he knew just how good he was, that made him arrogant from some people. He did not care, they could think of him what they wanted, he sometimes knew his worth, when the people around him reminded him that, he too, was human.
Today he was promoted a new system, Stark approved, for 911 dispatch that would allow the request for hero support when needed. And of course, he had to show face. Impeccable suit, impeccable smile, eyes piercing and scanning. "Of course I can take a picture and sign an autograph, hell yeah" he spoke as he posed for a selfie. "make sure to use the Stark filter." Sell was in his veins, he was a Stark after all. "Hello, Tony, and you are ? " he asked as he extended a hand to shake the one of the operator.
