Ahh Sunday.... as you all know I HATE Sundays.... they just bore me!!
Today was even worse than a normal one too because i didn't train.... i couldn't ..... i knew my legs were gonna be sore from yesterday’s leg workout and yep i was right... going for a wee right now is hurting HAHAHA
Anyway - i’ve done some posing this weekend, trying desperately to get them lats out... i swear i just don't have any :( i think as i lean out more they will come and its just practice, practice, practice i suppose.
This week i’m excited because we are FINALLY getting our garden done. Feels like too long since we decided we were having it done.... first job of tomorrow is to take a before picture ... of the garden obviously...
Now about me... motivation or lack of it should i say... Last week was awful. I went out on the thursday before last and lets just say i had too much to drink and not enough sleep, not a good combo... i felt like it ran into my weekend and ruined it and it also slipped through into last week then.. i was tired up until about Thursday... not good at all!!!!!
so last week i’ve felt un-motivated, no appetite and just really fed up. At the moment i don't feel my best and i know theres something missing as my skin is awful, my scalp has gone awful, my hair is dry etc etc etc... bla bla bla
So this weekend, I've given myself a good talking to. I can do this, i just need to carry on doing what i have been doing for the past 11 months.. wow is that seriously how long its been????
i also need to keep reminding myself about how far i’ve come, them abs will come through, them shoulders will be showing and them lats... well i hope i have some to come through!!
Working towards a competition next year and i reckon i have another 1.5 stones to lose by January if i’m serious about a May comp.... so here’s my plan that i’ve not discussed with ANYONE yet.. so bloggers feel honoured i’m sharing it with you ;-)
Work my little round butt off until January and get that 1.5 stone off.... once i have done that i should be able to see a little bit of definition and muscle, enough to know that is it enough to then start dieting for May....
If its not,=... we build until May, then prep ready for October.... if it is, well i know my own body an i know i will need from January to May to diet down as its too stubborn to do a 12-16 week prep i’m not stupid i know i need at least 20.
