did you just say "tumblr"? excuse me, but the correct pronunciation is [tumblr].

I once saw a tomato plant growing from a crack in a cement median on I-95 in Virginia. Red tomatoes hanging off a fairly weak, dehydrated looking bush. I thought about the memes with flowers growing from a crack and some pretty quote about growing wherever you’re planted. I thought about how it got there. Did someone ask for no tomato and pulled out their burger going 75 mph on I-95 and discovered there was in fact tomato, rolled down their window, chucked it so hard it landed against the median, it decayed leaving only the seed to burrow itself into a minuscule amount of sandy dirt, sprouted and fucking grew? I don’t think a flower could top this tomato story. Ever.
