You never thought you’d be the kind of person to just fall into a relationship – you always thought that it would take time and that it would need to develop but then you met Tom.

Tom was a complete and utter breath of fresh air for you.

You’d gotten sick of the ones that only wanted to go out and of the ones that didn’t care about you or what you were doing.

Tom was just absolutely amazing, and you couldn’t have thought you’d actually find someone like him.

In the couple of months that you and Tom had been going out, you’d spent more time at his place than you had your own.

You woke up to see Tom still fast asleep next to you, and you couldn’t help but just smile at the man next to you.

Moving so that you were able to look down at him you softly traced his jaw with your finger.

“How did I get you?” you whispered to yourself.

Tom hummed and then opened his eyes. “I think the more apt question is how did I get you?”

His words made you blush as he lifted his hand to stroke your cheek.

“I’ll never get sick of waking up to you,” he breathed out.

You just felt the overwhelming love from him and a part of you thought it was way too soon to even think about loving him but as cringey as it sounded it just felt right with him.

“Two months and counting ey?”

Blushing you smiled at him. “Best two months of my life.”

He chuckled before pulling you down for a kiss. “I’m pretty sure I’m falling for you.”

“Shall I catch you?”

Nodding in agreement, he stared into your eyes. “Only if I get to return the favour.”

You smiled at him. “I already think I’m there,” you admitted to him.

By the look on his face your words were very much accepted. “After two months? How scandalous.”

You knew he was joking, and you couldn’t help but laugh. “Oh, I know, how dare we let ourselves enjoy this.”

“You know, I don’t think I want to leave bed today,” he told you with a smirk on his face.

Shaking your head, you pushed yourself up and then sat cross-legged on the bed. “Oh, come on lazy bones, we need to go out today.”

“And why is that?”

You shrugged. “Who knows?”

He chuckled, reaching to pull you back down on top of him. “If I look up and see you then I’ll get out of bed.”

You shook your head but moved to straddle him and leant down so that you were practically nose to nose.

“God you’re gorgeous,” he breathed out and you could feel his breath on your face.”

He smiled at the blush that crossed your face and then moved just a fraction so that he could press his lips to yours.
