We never see this reconciliation ever on panel? And it's just really frustrating because I think that would be a super interesting story, contrasting Tom's very righteous and very justified anger at his uncle's death and Hank's deep, overpowering sense of grief and guilt over being in some way part of his best friend's death against each other. Hank would think he would deserve everything Tom might say or do to him and I think it would really frustrate Tom, how much Hank blames himself almost like his guilt complex is stopping Hank from actually remembering and celebrating Bill's life. Like, Hank built a whole A.I. version of Bill to give him a heavenly paradise because he couldn't deal with his own sense of guilt and his grief over losing his best friend, and that's the sort of thing I would imagine Tom would probably have opinions about if he found out about it!
