I made this Ultraman/Tokustar design for a planet profile for the Land of Light.
I decided to tackle him again nearly a year later because why not.
Because, sometimes, you wanna draw villains that you're aware of but lie outside your normal fandoms, like Ultraman villain Ultraman Belial.
And in the process, you end up with a Ben-10-ish design or something.
