Rules: 1. Always post the rules 2. Answer the questions the person who tagged you asked and write your questions 3. Tag 7 people and link them to the post 4. Actually tell them you’ve tagged them 1. Tell us about your first pet. It was either a cat named Mac or Mack or a rabbit named Bunny. The cat was run over by a car while I was at preschool. I was devastated, and probably angry at my parents because they kept letting him in the street. The rabbit's hutch was torn open from the bottom by canines; I was upset and angry and hoping that it'd show up just fine, since there weren't any noticeable traces of blood. My only memory of Mac is an image, looking down at him while he darted across the dining room floor. My only memory of Bunny aside from a snapshot of seeing the damaged hutch is waddling behind him to keep up while crouching, I think? To pet him without tripping over him? Not entirely sure what was going on. 2. If you could insert yourself into any fictional universe, which would you choose? Oh. Ohhhh, man. Hrm. Maybe the Thursday Next universe, including the Book World within, assuming I still got to hang out in this universe and not leave certain friends behind. That way, I could go into a read-enactment of any book in existence, and hang out with the characters behind the scenes. Other than that, definitely a universe where magic is easy to use and freely available, which Book World kind of isn't (real-world people can't use, like, Harry Potter spells, or The Force from the Star Wars EU, since it's not a part of them). 3. What would you like to collect, if money wasn’t an issue? High-quality props and prop replicas from movies, TV, games, that sort of thing. 4. What’s the most thoughtful gift you’ve ever received? My grandmom gave me my uncle's favourite sword after he died; said he'd have thought I should have it. Not exactly a gift, but since he didn't make a will and it was up to my grandmum and his friends to divvy stuff up and my family to sort everything out, it was thoughtful. 5. What’s one word you spell wrong every time you type it in? Restaurant? I keep trying to put a second U in. There's one that I almost always have to type at least three times (and usually resort to a dictionary), and I've gotten it wrong so many times that the mis-spelling is in all of my "did you mean..." spellcheck lists, but I can't remember what it is at the moment. Questions: 1: Which would you prefer: $2 million now, or having all rent and utilities paid free until you turn 65? 2: Which spelling: Griffins or gryphons? 3: If you could cast one spell, and ONLY that spell, from the Harry Potter series, which would you choose? 4: What's your favourite dessert? 5: If money and training were no concern (the standard type of training you could get by hiring the best trainer of that species in the world), what animal or set of animals would you most like as a pet? ---- Whew, these tags pretty much took all of the people I still know on Tumblr, including some with whom I haven't chatted in forever.
