@toilxtrouble for Cedric
Defence against the dark arts, it always seemed that position was cursed given every professor that took on the subject left in a year. Eilonwy was a Gryffindor, usually she kept herself to herself, always wearing a pair of gloves upon her hands. She was in her sixth year at Hogwarts, like most she regarded the school as her home.
Their defence against the dark arts tutor was unusual, mad eye moody.. "Miss Eilonwy isn't it?" He queried, making the redhead look up, bright blue hues upon their professor. "Yes?" She replied back quietly. "Is it cold in here?" Eilonwy gave a small shake of her head "Then you don't need to be wearing gloves in my class" She went all sheepish, removing them under the table, keeping her left hand clenched into a fist.
"Nor can you write or use your wand with your hands like that" Now Eilonwy was getting upset, she could feel her heart beat against her chest, swallowing thickly. No, she had to calm down, this was what Dumbledore hadn't wanted. She couldn't control it, her bright blue hues suddenly went a glowing shade of amber, fire emitting from the palm of her hands, the mark upon her left palm evident, the shape of a dragon. She was a dragon rider. Rare, unseen since the age of Merlin and King Arthur. Mere legend, yet here she stood.
"Fascinating.." Moody muttered, though Eilonwy couldn't turn it off, this was the trouble. Not wishing anyone to get hurt, she jumped down from the stool, making her way out of the classroom. She leaned against the cold stone, trying to just control her anger if anything. "Mr Diggory, go see she doesn't burn the school down" The Professor ordered from the boy.
