For TOHtober day 21: Favorite character. I really love both Eda and Raine, but Eda's character arc surrounding her coming to terms with essentially being disabled came into my life while I was struggling with accepting my own disabilities, both the long standing ones and the ones popping up as I get older. And it was healing to watch this middle aged, nature magic loving, self assured/insecure queer bad ass accept the terms she was stuck with and come out stronger for it. I'm grateful Dana Terrace gave me this witch to walk this rocky path with.
