as much as i love willmack and bedsymack and do look forward to any few crumbs we may or may not get of them this off-season, i think everyone forgets that the person mack will be spending the most time with this summer aside from aiden is his close family friend, skills coach, and childhood crush cole todd
mack may have gone to at least six separate training camps with the vancouver boys (which kj said were the best and so fun with mack, and bedsy also gushed about, and burger said made him lose eight pounds after his first session lmao), but mack made sure to say he still trained the most with todd. mack went to halifax and calgary and kelowna and michigan and god knows where else, and he still always came back to todd. todd even regularly attends mack’s games in san jose, despite living and working in vancouver. he actually makes more of an effort than most of mack’s family. mack LOVES him. he’s his biggest cheerleader. no matter what fancy secret exclusive training camps mack gets invited to in the summers, he always comes home to todd.
