It’s Fancy Tuesday! Cardigan is vintage, and this shirtdress is a recent acquisition — from Modcloth, so not vintage, but it’s cute and comfy and it has pockets. I decided to wear jewelry with some family history: my great-grandmother’s monogram brooch, a padlock pendant of my great-aunt’s that I made a necklace for, and an engraved cuff bracelet from my grandmother.

Sure, it’s basically how I dress most days, but there are some subtle details that make this a Pushing Daisies costume and not just my regular clothes: the gloves, scarf headband, and bee-print mask.
