Ingredients: 2 slices crusty bread. 4 slices cooked bacon. 2 slices cheddar cheese. 1/2 avocado, sliced. 1/4 cup baby spinach leaves. 2 tablespoons mayonnaise. 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Toast the bread until it turns golden brown. On one side of each slice of bread, spread mayonnaise. On top of that, spread Dijon mustard. Put spinach leaves, avocado slices, bacon, cheddar cheese, and cheddar cheese on one slice of bread. Add pepper and salt to taste. Place the other slice of bread on top, mayonnaise side down.
