Hello again, my friend mangounit is working on a scientific style classpect analysis. we are seeing if there are some traits similar between people who see themselves as a certain archetype or verb and even for those who dont know their title, wed love to see your responses. we are also trying to see if the active passive split of verbs naturally occur and how. you dont need to be certain about your classpect or to even know what that is to fill this form in, we mostly just need as many people as possible to answer it.

This was a document i started back when i wanted to be recognized in the classpecting community and make something for other classpectors to enjoy. This was somewhat inspired by dewdrops brochure and seeing that there are people who enjoyed their form of classpecting often also disliked or dont lean into the canon form of classpecting or documents like the modern classpecting information document because it seemed so impersonal or doesnt seem to describe real people as they knew em.

So this is meant to be the classpecting document that interviews REAL PEOPLE, trying to understand them and maybe see how we are similar or different to each other. As well as see if people of the same class or aspect are all that similar and what seems similar between us. DO NOTE THAT IF YOU WANT TO READ A SUMMARY OF THE INTERVIEW/ TALK SCROLL TO THE BOTTOM OF THE DOCUMENT (i recommend reading the tnttime1 and micheal ker... interview/ first talk)

Next post ill talk more indepth about this interview with michael ker... what i noticed and the differences and similarities between them and other people or myself. It was quite interesting to see.

so before i show what i extrapolated from the info and ideas connected to the aspects ill give you the chance to see most of the information yourself and make your own judgements on the aspects with this raw info. seeing how someone came from the concept (in this case VOID) to all the other ideas of the aspect like lack, darkness and negation.

this is a project where i show how ideas can grow from the word of the aspect to its many connected ideas. i wish to get everyones help here and to hear your suggestions, or spread the idea

todays aspect is

LIFE

the ideas connected life seem to be nurturing, the nature of things, how the living are and how we grow.

THESE ARENT THE ONLY BASE CONCEPTS YOU CAN PULL FROM LIFE, but they allow you to reach all other ideas of life as an aspect but also as a word.

aspects and words arent overly complicated, but they do have lots of possible meanings and lots of ideas that connect back to it. which is why i made the mind maps in the first place, to show all possible ideas and connections to an aspect, with the ones further from the center generally being less strongly tied to the aspect

an interesting part of life for me is the symbiotic part, mutualism, parasitism and commensialism

mutualism describes how we can benefit each other and help each other live, whether it is a friendship where both parties have a valuable experience or a housing arangement where i can get a place and you can get lower rent costs which is more impersonal

parasitism describes how someone can benefit at the cost of another, to do well at the cost of anothers well being, to be sacrificed to make another person happier or do well, to have your comfort given up so another can feel comfortable

and commensialism where one benefits or gets something while it having no effect, harmful or helpful to the host. like using supplies that no one uses, or to take up a space no one is trying to take

i think its interesting to see how this connects to life but also characters like hic benefitting from all the trolls while it being at the cost of their health and potentially life, all to expand the empire

also i learned how to show a folder of my classpecting work, you can get the obsidian project below and help me expand upon it and you can see all my older versions of the documents as well as the mind maps, maybe i can put your name on this collaborative work

maybe we can make an update post every year or so

also what do i type in these mind map posts? so far ill just put ideas or text i find interesting

there should be a library of ALL classpectors to show, THE NEW AND UPCOMMING ones, as well as THE OLD ones. it gives everyone a better chance at being seen, maybe someone can make that

TODAYS ASPECT IS THE ONE OF HEART AND SOUL. THE ASPECT, THE TOPIC, THE CONCEPT OF HEART!!!

though before i get into my ideas on heart i should probably explain what this series of posts and mindmap is about. its a conceptual map, expanding and describing every part of an aspect by relating it to multiple ideas or how its a direct synonym or phrase of the aspect, like to put your heart and soul into something or to have a heart/ soul. these phrases or saying describe something about the idea of heart that isnt just having the literal organ called a heart, heart in those contexts meaning emotion or passion or soul.

the mind map can help show WHY someone would consider heart to relate to roleplay or introspection, without me just having to trust them on it. i would like to see their reasoning or how they got to that idea, and i assume some others would like this too which is why i made this sort of simplified mind map. no concept here has a sentence or paragraph explaining it, but through connections and associations you can figure out how something is connected, and if you disagree with one area of the reasoning, like you disagree that heart is about identity, then youll might have a better chance at understanding WHY you dont thin heart relates to role play. if you question why identities would relate to roles, you can possibly talk with another about it, leave a comment below or even search up online the synonyms or associations with identities and roles.

this mind map should give shape to the mental connections we make in our heads, and allow us to explain or share why we think certain ideas fit to an aspect, like how chaos would relate to rage and what ideas or reasons its connected to (chaos could connect to rage because it is something someone who hates on stuff can cause, or maybe it can be connected to rage due to how madness and instability is seen AS chaos). AND IF THIS IS DONE WELL WE CAN EVEN SEE WHAT POSSIBLE REASONS OR IDEAS ANDREW HUSSIE COULD HAVE ASSOCIATED WITH THE ASPECTS, like finding out why luck would relate to light. we basically rediscover the systems meanings and associations from the ground up

since i want this mind map to show how everyone mentally associates ideas to an aspect I WOULD LIKE EVERYONES COMMENTS AND SUGGESTIONS TO HELP EXPAND THIS MIND MAP OF ASSOCIATIONS. whether you send it to my discord tnttime1, my tumblr, my reddit or in the comments below

what i find most interesting about the concepts connecting to heart is the "subjective experience" and how it lead to solipsism which is the philosophical idea of only you yourself existing for certain, which can give ideas on your persepctive being the only one, the only real one, the most important one. its an idea i havent thought about but seeing how it relates to yourself and can give focus to yourself as the only persepctive you know matters. i wonder how such a person or character would be, and if being so self focused can somehow not be destructive or isolating.

also when making the connections to the idea of heart i actually noticed how the topic was so internal, i didnt find much to heart that you can describe objects with unless it relates to a person. i would like to find a perspective of heart without needing a person though that maybe asking for something contradictory to heart. the best thing ive found to that so far is theater, specifically the roleplaying and emotion filled part of theater

oh and one more comment, i assume many who read this assume you need to align with the topics to be considered heart bound, but you can also connect or relate to it in an other way. someone who hates love, identity, romance and expression would still have the topic of heart but would be described as a hater of heart, or i guess in classpecting terms, possibly someone who wants to destroy heart or remove love, identity, romance and expression. another way to possibly relate to a topic, maybe you help others find their identity or love or help others experience romance. im not sure of all the ways to interact with topics, though maybe thats more a class thing. let me know what you think about this

A while back in the homestuck discord server, i as well as a few others made the modern classpecting information document. A document about all directly stated classpect or hero journey related info. This is supposed to be a community project that gets updated as new info comes in, so i would like for others to add information about the classes in here or maybe direct information about what style, direction or vibe hussie would make this system with, with the proper links to where the idea came from. it was a creation born from frustration, seeing people ask for info that has been given hundreds of times before, seeing the same conversations on topics play out and seeing people look for info that people have already learned. it was also created from the frustration that people claim their own system to be the one true system, or deny the authors comments on their own work, describing a different classpecting system is fine but there are times when your idea isnt what the author intended or made. i really struggled at finding out what classpecting in homestuck was like thanks to such people and separating the homestuck classpecting to the deep and expansive classpecting of the fans.

I have made a few classpecting documents before but this is one is what i think will be the most useful and last the longest for readers and theorizers. we have information ranging from the basic info like "thieves steal their aspect" to the more obscure and harder to find ones such as "being academic relating to mages" and "heirs make others [aspectier]".

if you find info that was posted as a text or video, dont forget to save a local copy of the information (we already lost info of the lets read homestuck streams made by james roach, if anyone has a copy of the entire stream or even some relevant parts. contact tnttime1 on tumblr, discord or reddit).

I would like for you all to spread this information far and wide, so that we can atleast be on the same page on what the author intended/ is canon. HOWEVER just because this is canon that doesnt mean we cant make other forms of classpecting or make our own ideas, we as a fandom put a lot of effort and complexity and depth into the system, even if the author didnt intend for that, that doesnt make those ideas less valuable, and it doesnt mean we cant make more ideas that INTENTIONALLY deviate or even go against the canon idea of classpects.
