What kind of marks are on Hirashi's neck? Were they rope marks or hand marks? And how deep were the slashes on his chest? Also, whats up with the scarring on the back of his neck? Is it related to his death in any way?
They seem to be hand marks.
The slashes on his chest are rather deep, but deep enough to seemingly incapacitate him.
The scarring on the back of his neck appears to be from being burnt or something along those lines. It also seems to spread down the back of his shirt.
