so here is another chapter! it originally was 20k words but i decided to cut it in two bc that was wayyyyy to massive. anyways,,, the next chapter should be up soon considering most of it is already written. don't hold me to that tho i know i am unreliable. but what can we do. we are all born as marios striving to be luigis.

A couple days had passed since the incident in the darkness of the dungeons. The Greenwood guard had been bustling with rumors and hushed tones—as well as the servants and maids. Whispers were winding through the castle and rushing down the halls—as well as the double patrol shifts, for Thranduil commanded a larger military presence until the culprit was found. At this point, really everyone knew that someone had snuck into the long hallway of dispirited cells, sending the most popular prisoner into a fugue state. It was now common knowledge.
