the big sad has been hitting me.
can’t really focus on things, whenever I’m in conversations I can’t think of the right word…like it’s stuck on the tip of my tongue and then i just get randomly very low. gonna take it a little slower, so if I’m quiet, I am not purposefully ignoring you. my brain is just super scattered. ❤️
