Post-workout smiles. 🔥💦 It's nuts to me how long I went without regularly working out in my life. I just didn't GET IT. I didn't feel the endorphins. I never felt a sense of accomplishment. I never finished a full program. Now? I've finished many full programs and felt the endorphins and the accomplishment. Sure I take breaks here and there but I always come back. And that's the key. I've spent years flip-flopping between different careers and hobbies and fads. I can never seem to SIT STILL in one thing for too long. I've sold Avon and done sex toy parties and worked in a newspaper and at a radio station and in a cubicle that drained my soul. I have a degree in something I will likely never use and even wanted to quit that a million times during. Wellness coaching is the one thing that I don't feel the need to quit. And as a constant quitter, that's a big deal. I love helping people help themselves. I love knowing that they take things away from our encounters that will last them a lifetime.
