My postpaid account has been malfunctioning since Friday (no text, no data). I reported it a gazillion times already and they assured me that the "misalignment" has been fixed and that I would get my connection back after 30 minutes. Six days in and still no resolution in sight. So I dropped by the nearest Smart store and got myself a Tiny Tan SIM card.
