Mission name: One bite ulundha vadai Ground set up: Urad dhal/Ulunthu - 2cups Pepper corns - 1tbsp Salt - 1tbsp (as per your taste buds) Coriander leaves - half cup Curry leaves - 1sprig Shallots - 10nos Green chilli - 1no Rice flour - 2tbsp Oil - 2cups Baking soda - 1pinch No. of disasters per fire - 3persons How to launch: 1. Soak the urad dhal for about 2hours, drain the dhal and blend it into a fine paste without adding water. You can sprinkle few drops of water if your blender is getting stuck. 2.Now add the finely chopped shallots + green chillies + coriander leaves + curry leaves + peppercorns + salt + rice flour + baking soda and fold the batter so that the ingredients mix together. 3. Heat a kadai with oil and with the help of a spoon or fingers add the mini balls of batter into the oil and deep fry on both the sides for about 1min each 4. Remove excess oil using a paper towel and serve hot.
