Summary: A tiny knight stumbles upon a human punk rocker
Author Note: You can thank @lassie-magic-bean and her love for tiny knights for this fic
The loud sound vibration made it near impossible for the tiny knight to scutter across the desk. He had entered the home on his mighty steed, Whiskers the Cat, but after the roaring sound of the electric guitar filled the air, she vanished. His little sword clanked against every part of his body as he came closer to the source of the sound. It was so loud, even the nearby books that he hid behind started to tip. By the time he realized what was going on, the collection of novel crashed directly on top of him, pinning him to the desk. And, as fate would have it, the monstrous sound completely stopped, only to be replaced by angry grumbling from the human. The knight never even knew there was a human there! He struggled under the books, trying to get free as the thundering footsteps grew ever so close. If only he could reach his swordâŚ
âOi, I told Richard to get some new shelves-â The human was left jaw agape when he lifted to books, only to find the knight lying underneath.
âWhat in-â Again, he was cut off, but this time by the small knights shouts fury.
âLarge beast! I do not wish to fight you, I only require access to your food items! Do not test me, or I will be forced to battle you! Now off!â He shouted. The human just continued to stare down.
âMighty beast! Your brightly colored hair hair and metal cuffs donât scare me! I can not be intimidated!â
âOi, ye mean the mohawk? And the wrist spikes? Those ainât for intimidation, âlil guy.â The human, or human âpunkâ as some would say, contemplated removing the last book from the knightâs back.
âL-large human...I demand you release me from your t-trap!â The knight stuttered back. It was clear that the overwhelming size and appearance of the human was finally getting to him.
âSo uh- lilâ fella, if I was to lift that book off ye back, youâll stay right there, right? I donât gonna hold ye down or somethingâ?â The little knight didnât respond.
âIâll take that as a yes, then.â He lifted the books, and almost as if the knight was waiting for it, he bolted. The human could barley where he went, as the knight toppled off the table, crashing to the floor. He was almost out of the room, when a black, leather boot stopped down in front. He tried to go another way, but was cornered again. Now he was backed up against the nearest corder, the boots sealing him off from freedom.
âDid I not just tell ye taâ stay there? Itâs almost like youâre askingâ to get hurt.â The punk glared daggers down at the knight.
âB-beast, I warn you! I am prepared to battle for my freedom!â
âWell, sorry lilâ guy. Itâs raininâ men out there and I ainât gonna let ya leave. Especially after that stunt he pulled.â He bent down, and in an instant, scooped the knight up into his hands.
âWhat are yeâ? Looks like, what, three inches? Youâre a small guy, arenât ye?â The knight was almost paralyzed in fear. Was this an enemy tactic? Was he supposed to surrender?
âBuddy, donât get all flustered like this. I ainât here to hurt yaâ. Lemmeâ just find yeâ a box to sit in for a bit while do some stuff, mâkay?â The man cupped the small knight in his hands, careful to harm him. He looked around his messy room, looking for something to put the small knight in. The only thing in sight was worn-down jewlery box. He navigated around the piles of dirty clothes and random objects to retrieve and clean out the box. Then, after getting rid of the numerous amounts of spiked bracelets, necklaces and the half-used bottle of hair gel, he gently placed the knight inside.
ââAight, now listen here. Iâll put the lid over ya, but I gotta leave a little space at the top so yeâ can breathe. Now, promise me youâ wonât get out, off?â The knight nodded as the punk slid the lid of the box over him, leaving a sliver open for air.
The knight was confused. Werenât enemies supposed to torture their victims? The spiked human only seemed to trap him, not hurt him. Maybe it was too dumb-witted to hurt him. But, he had to obey his orders as a captive. One more incident, and he could be snapped in half like a twig. It was never quiet, anyways. He almost wished to be killed so he wouldn't have to hear that awful sound. It vibrated him so much, his armor clanked together like hundreds of metal shards shaken up in a bag. It lasted for God knows how long, but eventually it stopped. Almost instantly, the lid to his confines was removed. The punk stared down at him.
âOi! Lilâ fella, how yeâ holding up? Hope the music wasnât to bad.â
âMusic? That was the sound of a thousand mating dragons, not âmusicâ.â
âWell then! Yaâ got a sassy lilâ mouth! But, it ainât gonna get yeâ out of this. The rainâs still pourin, youâd drown if I let yaâ out. Now, what do yaâ need to eat? I got some crackers, a strawberry, maybe a few fries-â The punk was interrupted by a gasp of excitement.
âA cracker you say? I havenât eaten of of those! Tell me, beast, what are they?â
âWell uh- they these circle things made of wheat andâ grain nâ stuff. Theyâre real crunchy.â
âThen bring them forth!â The punk almost laughed at the knightâs request. He sounded so confident and almost cocky. For being so small, he had a lot to say.
The punk had no clue that the knight, barely taller than four inches, could eat so many crackers. He had devoured the first two, but finally slowed down on the third.
âSo, eh- lilâ guy. Iâll keep ya at my place until the rain dies down. But where do yeâ wanna sleep? I donât think that box is realâ comfy.â The little knight looked up.
âWhy, I can just sleep on your bedside! Iâll protect you?â
 âProtect me, from whaâ?â
âAnything that you need!â The punk looked back down at the knight, who had retrived his sword.
