I started the arm/leg workout for my Yang Xiao Long cosplay and I feel like my limbs are either made of jello or noodles but I'm actually really proud of myself
#mind you I couldnt do a wall sit for more than 25 seconds before I'd end up sitting on the ground but I'm happy with how I've done so far wi#I mean...I was only able to do twelve reps at most without taking a break but its a start and I'm really looking forward to improving#I have the endurance of a newborn child#timi talks
