The whole situation sucks. She knew the city was crazy but she never expected it to be this crazy. It pissed her off and also giving her a major headache. Ah, she just wants to go back to her room and sleep everything off, hoping it was just a dream but no. Everything was real, nothing was a fake. Severa has not yet met up with her other self, but she was worried for various reasons. Selfish reasons. What if her other self was more..honest and secrets that should not be said were going to be revealed.Â
It wasnât like Severa had an important reputation to protect, heck she doesnât even care if others spoke ill about her, it was just that her own ego needs to be protected. It was because of that known fact, Severa couldnât stay up and has to go running around in the city, hoping to find her other self just to shut her up. There were many different scenarios going through her head, what if her other self was more honest or what if she decided to side with Grima. There were so many thoughts rushing through her mind but Severa doesnât let it bog her down.Â
â...I still have a job to do.â This was no time for her to be sitting down and thinking of possibilities, it wasnât like her. Action speak louder than words. Pushing off the railing that she was sitting on, Severa walked down the street and as she was turning around in the corner, she literally ran straight into somebodyâs chest. â..Ow....â Stumbling over, Severa held her face. âHey, watch where youâre going.â
â ;ăThe word 'impressed' was among the vocabulary that Vanitas would use when it came to describing how he felt right now. To walk among the carnage that was borne from Sho's rampage... he couldn't help but let a genuine -if somewhat insane- grin come to his lips beneath his mask.
However much he enjoyed seeing the destruction, a single thought wiped away his pleasure. A notion he wasn't used to- an idea that seemed foreign and alien to his dark heart, but he couldn't shake. It wasn't as potent as those who were whole would feel; but for lack of a better word... he felt a modicum of worry.
Not that he recognized it as such- all he felt was the desire to find his comrade, and to inquire about the destruction. He couldn't care less if it was a purposeless endeavor... but something about the brutality and recklessness of it all made him wonder what the hell made Sho so pissed. Especially after the time between massacres.
After a good bit of searching, he hung back for the barest of moments before approaching the red-haired teen.
"I've heard of painting the town red, but I honestly hadn't thought of doing it myself." His tone wasn't entirely sarcastic, holding the faintest bit of humor.
"Gotta say, I'm impressed with the display. But..." Shaking his head, he continued. "The Hell caused the rampage? Normally I would assume you just did it just because. This though, this was pretty intense, even for us."ă
âO-oh. Itâs probably been so longâŚâ
Elizabeth yawned and stretched her limbs before standing up-after wandering around the streets of Hive City, she couldnât help but get so, so tired, and end up falling asleep on the train on the way home. Her eyes were fixated on a window right after she woke up, the way everything passed by so quickly reminded of the Velvet Roomâs unstoppable descent-she enjoyed the feeling of comfort and familiarity it gave. First she got a glimpse of the toxic ridden city, so dirty it made her wonder how it was inhabitable (the second tour in this train then, maybe even third? Because she could vaguely recall passing though here). A few minutes after, a grim, grotesque sight took over instead, filthy streets that were once full of life but now strewn all over with mutilated corpses, lifeless besides the swarm of flies preying upon them. Normally, one would back away from this place, considering the absolutely abnormal and terrifying situation-but it only sparked Elizabethâs curiosity and love for mystery, prompting her to get off the train once it stopped. Going home could wait.
The sound of her footsteps and the cheerful tune on her lips broke the silence. She was getting pretty bored of just walking around and ew, the stench of rotting flesh and blood definetely wasnât on her list of things that are pleasant-thankfully, her eyes spotted the figure of a young man-heâd stand out even in a living crowd, she thought, with his fiery red hair and the twin blades he carried-and the feeling she got from him. It was⌠familiar, but Elizabeth couldnât exactly tell why or what, her senses been almost dysfunctional ever since she found herself in this universe thanks to the all different kinds of people and powers existed within it. She definetely didnât know him, never heard of someone like him (she had brief ideas of what her guestâs allies were like), but it wasnât like there was someone else to interact with anyways. His presence raised suspicion but she could ignore it, for now-hopefully her fighting skills werenât too rusty if something were to happen.
âMay I please ask you what are you doing all by yourself, in a place like this?â
Her tone was calm and inviting rather than forceful, she didnât seek fighting no matter how suspicious he was-her instincts would be her guide as always and if anything went wrong⌠well, nothing happens without reason, eh?
âAh, please excuse my rudeness. I forgot to introduce myself. My name is Elizabeth, delighted to make your acquaintance!â
âThe eerie and unusal scenery I have witnessed here has sparked my curiosity, and Iâd be flattered if you could kindly give me a bit of information, and maybe, let us be companions-as Iâm quite new to your world, your help will be much appericated-I'll do my best to return the favor if you decide to accept my offer, of course.â

15: Kiss in the rain.
Rain. It was raining hard. Water dripped down her face, her entire body was soak and she was trembling. Not from the cold but from right down anger. In front of her was Sho and for some reason she was yelling at him again. Â The rain blocking out her screams and it seems like Sho really wanted her to shut up now.Â
Soon the other red head started yelling at her and it just became a scream fest in the rain.Â
âOh would you shut it already, Severa?!ââMake me!â
Without hesitation, Sho pulled Severa in and pressed his lips against her. Completely silencing her. He pulled away, his expression calm but hers? Not so much.Â
âW-W-WH-WHAT THE HECK WAS THAT FOR!?â
