timeforanewtattoo Floyd shouldn’t have been so surprised that she knew where he lived. It was obviously time for him to pack his bags and find a new apartment to stay at. He should have moved weeks ago when someone attempted to break in. And with ARGUS out there, he definitely should be moving around every few weeks.  Granted, they had come to him a few times and paid him for a hit. That was beside the point. A job would come along and he would be back on their kill list. He hadn’t pulled the trigger yet simply because no one had paid him to kill the woman. If she got on his nerves, he was willing to make an exception though. The gun was set down on the edge of his bed and Floyd narrowed his good eye at her, taking note of the exhaustion on her face. Something must have happened, but why she would come to him was beyond Floyd. “So start talkin’. I ain’t got all day to hear whatever sob story you have.”
