Destiny Isles: Sands of Time
You know a confusing plot element that the Kindom Heart Series has yet to incorporate?

This game concept would fix that.
While Kingdom Hearts has been the title for the series, that story belongs to Sora (and his many variations) and his soulmate, Riku. Squeenix has plans for those two in Kindom Hearts Four, along with the other five games that will be released before it. Therefore, I’m changing the title.
The Main Character is a Player Created Avatar. Allowing the player to create their version of the protagonist would help check off the diversity checkbox.
The plot line involves the MC being stuck in a Time Singularity that culminates in a climatic battle against the new BBE.
The Time Singularity plays much like Bravely Default.
Allies (and Enemies) should incorporate Disney Characters, Final Fanasty Characters, any New Characters.
Consider breaking the GvE Mold set between Light and Darkness. Explore the harm in the use of the terms “Heartless” and “Nobodies”.
