Henry used to talk to Charlotte all the time before she was born, and when Charlotte was born, Henry’s voice was able to stop her crying because she recognised it.

In time capsule, all the Afton children have different mothers. They are all half siblings, only Michael has met his biological mother.

Charlotte has a hard time getting used her body, since she’s just woken up after years, and she isn’t even a human anymore, let alone alive. She can kinda regulate her own body temperature, but it takes a few minutes to actually work. So when it’s cold, Michael will boil some water and pores it into a mug with two handles ( it’s easier for Charlie to hold ), then he lets her just hold the cup, it helps keep her warm.

There’s a 3 to 4 year gap from when Charlotte dies and when she wakes up. During that time, Henry adopted the Afton kids, eventually telling Michael about what happened to Charlotte and where she was. Now Michael usually hangs out in the basement where Henry keeps the box.
