Next season will bring Tim to his fourth year of Quidditch. He is thoroughly involved in the society: he was our President in the season of 2015/16 and now he continues to help co-ordinate the society as this year’s Union Council Rep. A beater acknowledged in multiple reports for his skill, he uses his experience to enhance the team. Let’s count the ways…

Or his team getting too lovey-dovey for his liking. Which is unfortunate for the Nifflers. How many ‘quouples’ are we on now?

Going by this picture, Tim looks to be the most normal and proper of the group. A few moments later, he started doing his Sam Gibson impression.

Tim hosts the AGM, graciously doing his best to ignore the heckling of his committee companions.

On the pitch: Tim’s beats are infamous among the squad. When the Nifflers practice, lots of us feel dread when Tim is on the other team – because his throws are that powerful. The speeding ball is scary enough; the impact is worse. His skill of looking at one potential target and then hurling his bludger accurately at his actual target adds to the suspense. He can hit chasers from far away, past other blocking players and can even keep renowned scorers at bay, whilst fending off any attempts of regaining bludger possession. Regularly attributed as a key part of Norwich’s defence game, Tim continuously shines as a stellar player.

Off the pitch: While the above description makes Tim sound terrifying, off the pitch there’s nothing to fear. He has been a popular and welcoming President who is on banter terms with many people, both on his team and in the wider Quidditch community - notably, he provides foundations for the ‘Nifflepuffs’ relationship. He is a charismatic public speaker and holds everyone’s attention when he leads practices. His team as a group are very fond of him, as is clear by how grumpy we get at him when he leaves for Korfball ‘like a traitor’ (a sport for which he is also serving on committee). In turn, he takes an interest in his teammates and cares that they are happy.
